Cancellation and No Show Policy
1. Cancellation Policy for Local Reservations
(a) There is no charge for cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Holidays and special events may require additional notice.
(b) A $55.00 cancellation fee applies to any cancellation made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
(c) If the chauffeur is en route to the pickup location, the full minimum hourly rate will be charged.
(d) For flat-rate airport transfers, the full fare will be charged once the driver is en route, regardless of client usage.
2. Affiliate & Long-Distance Bookings
(a) For out-of-area trips or bookings via Gemini’s affiliate network, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
(b) Cancellations under 24 hours are subject to full minimum hourly or flat-rate billing.
3. Cancellation Confirmation Number
To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, clients must retain the cancellation number provided at the time of request. Failure to produce this confirmation may result in full trip charges.
4. No-Show Policy
If the client does not arrive at the pickup location and does not notify dispatch, a no-show fee equal to the full trip cost (including wait time) will apply.
5. Reservation Confirmation Accuracy
All reservations are confirmed by email. Clients must notify us within 24 hours if any corrections are needed. Inaccurate trip details that go uncorrected may result in billing based on the original confirmation and are subject to cancellation/no-show fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gemini Luxury Transportation's financial liability for any service-related issues will not exceed the total amount paid for the affected trip.
