Q: How do I book a ride with Gemini?

A: You can book by phone, email, or through our website. For the fastest service, use the booking link provided in your confirmation email or scan our QR code in-vehicle.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule my trip?

A: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, though same-day service may be available depending on demand.

Q: Can I book by the hour?

A: Yes. We offer hourly charters with a 2-3 hour minimum depending on vehicle type and event.

Payments & Fees

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and direct invoice for corporate clients.

Q: Is gratuity included?

A: Gratuity is not automatically included unless specified. We suggest a 20% gratuity for excellent service.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: A deposit may be required for long-distance, event, or group bookings.

Airport Transfers

Q: Where do I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

A: Your chauffeur will contact you upon landing and provide curbside pick-up instructions based on your terminal. Meet & Greet available by request.

Q: What if my flight is delayed?

A: We monitor flight statuses in real time and adjust your pickup time accordingly.

Q: Is there a grace period for airport pickups?

A: Yes, we allow a 30-minute grace period after landing. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Vehicles & Service

Q: What kind of vehicles do you offer?

A: Our fleet includes a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 and a 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV. All vehicles are black-on-black, impeccably detailed, and fully equipped with luxury amenities.

Q: Can I request a specific vehicle?

A: Yes, when available. We do our best to honor specific requests.

A: Always private. You will never be asked to share a vehicle with other passengers.

Policies

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup time incur no fee. Cancellations within 2 hours may be charged a $55 fee or full fare if en route. Full terms are outlined in your booking confirmation.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, small pets are allowed with advance notice and must be crated. A cleaning fee may apply.

Q: Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?

A: Bottled water is provided. No other food or drinks are allowed to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
